Announcement: Mostly through laziness and a lack of dilligence on my part, a number of the links that were here are dead and had to be removed - if your link used to be here, or someone else's that you know, please let me know what the new location is and I will put the link back up.
My pick of the writing sites out there. These include resource pages, e-zines that I particularly like, pages that have some great reading material, advice pages, and anything else that strikes my fancy!
Online Writing Workshop for Science Fiction and Fantasy No longer free, but still a great place to get your work out there and get some reviews and help. Agents and publishers can get professional memberships here as well, so it's a good way to really get your writing out there.
The Notebook This site belongs to my friend Rebecca Flashblade, and contains massive amounts of Mighty Duck Fanfiction, and the beginnings of Rebecca's original series, Renegades. For those of you who like a combination of nice action with great characters and emotion, keep with this one, it'll only get better from here! (She has enough modesty to choke a cow, by the way, so don't listen to anything she says about her work! It IS TOO good!)
Chaos Central The uncontested queen of fanfiction haunts this site, and while her updates tend to be a little sparse, they're more than worth waiting for! There's an unbelievable variety here, from Sentinal to Ronin Warriors.
SFF.net This site offers all kinds of services and information for science fiction and fantasy fans and writers, including discussion threads and news groups.
Quantam Muse An electronic e-zine that takes submissions. No pay, but hey, any exposure is a good thing, right?
Here lie the sites of great soon-to-be Great artists. I'm as obsessed with art as I am with writing, mainly because I'm obsessed with anything that makes a story come alive! These are some of my favorite places to go when craving visual gratification.

I'm a sucker for art, too, so anything you send me that's based on my stuff will go up in the illustrations section (also with full credit to the author). :o) I prefer to be told ahead of time, however, if you plan to use my work in any way (that includes reviews!). Not trying to be mean and nasty or ungrateful, just protecting my interests. If you've sent me something and I DON'T have your link up, I've probably lost it or your site has moved and I don't know the new address. E-mail me and I'll fix it!

Livejournal An online journaling service that provides great service and reliability.
Neopets An addictive virtual pets site. Neopets are cute and fun, and the site has tons of games (most require Flash). Nothing to download and hours of fun. Teach your pet, feed it, play with it, and if you ever need to go away for a while, you can put it in a hotel. Adopt up to four at once! Whether you're a lizard, dog, or cat person, neopets has something for you, and more. (Obviously I love my neopets, or I wouldn't sound so much like a commercial.) Lunaflare thinks you should go!
